News in brief:

IHG running a reward sale for credit card holders

If you have one of the (now closed to new applicants) IHG Rewards credit cards, a special offer is heading your way.

From today until 5th April, IHG credit card holders can save 20% on reward bookings.

The only catch is that you need to stay by 25th May. The offer also applies to ‘Points & Cash’ redemptions, with both elements being reduced by 20%.

You should receive full details by email if you are opted in to receiving information on IHG promotions. It may well be live by the time you read this – remember that you will need to be logged in so that IHG recognises you as a credit card holder.

PS. The planned relaunch of IHG Rewards, which was due to happen in March, has now been delayed until April. The details we have so far are in this article but there are still a lot of unknowns, in particular what new elite benefits will be added.

Winners: HfP survey and Snoop competitions

Last month many of you kindly took part in our HfP reader survey.

We got some great insights and feedback (although whether Rhys will post fewer photos of his hotel meals remains to be seen …..) and we will be sharing these in due course with those who took part.

We also offered everyone who completed the survey the chance to win 25,000 Avios. We can now announce that the lucky winner was Richard H. Richard has already been contacted and has accepted the prize.

We also ran a competition with the money management app Snoop to win some luxury Tumi luggage (above). The winner of this competition has also been drawn and contacted – well done Katherine R! Enjoy rolling onto your next flight in style.

Thank you to everyone who entered and sorry if you didn’t win this time. We will have more competitions coming very soon – we’re just in the process of signing off on a very generous one – so good luck next time.
