Radisson Hotels has launched a number of ‘Park, Dream and Fly’ deals for anyone travelling from Heathrow before the end of 2022.

One of the secrets of Heathrow parking, or indeed at many other UK airports, is that booking a hotel for one night with inclusive parking for the next few days can often be cheaper than booking parking and a hotel separately.

You might not need a hotel if you set off from home at the crack of dawn, or earlier, but it’s certainly more convenient if you can get a decent hotel thrown into the package.

If you definitely need a hotel, booking a package is very likely to be cheaper than booking a hotel and parking separately.

Radisson is offering some attractive packages that enable travellers to stay in a decent hotel and have parking sorted in a single booking.

Radisson’s Heathrow hotels

During the pandemic, Radisson undertook a full refurbishment of what was the 895 bedroom Park Inn hotel and conference centre.

(To help you picture it, this is the hotel which is directly opposite the huge model Emirates A380 on the roundabout as you enter the tunnel to Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.)

Radisson Heathrow parking packages

Whilst nothing has changed on the outside, it has been transformed from the inside. It now comprises two hotels:

Whether you go for the funkier Radisson RED side or the more traditional Radisson part, both hotels share the same reception, restaurant, bar, gym and swimming pool. (Yes, there is a pool!)

‘Park, Dream and Fly’ packages are now available

The two hotels launched special offers on their ‘Park, Dream and Fly’ packages late last year, and they’ve continued these offers for anyone travelling before the end of 2022.

All packages comes with free cancellation and you pay at check-out.

There are three pricing bands:

  • One night stay plus up to 4 days of parking
  • One night stay plus 5-8 days of parking
  • One night stay plus 9-15 days of parking

How cheap are these deals?

Rates vary depending on availability and dates. You may sometimes find that a longer stay is better value than a short stay and vice versa, so it is advisable to check the rates against a standalone night at the Radisson plus a separate parking booking. However, it is usually better value to book the Radisson Park, Dream and Fly package.

Here is an example for an overnight stay at the Radisson on 17th August 2022 during the peak school holiday season. We’ve only listed 8 night and 15 night packages as this is where the value is found on this particular date.

These are the rates for members of Radisson Rewards, which any sensible HfP reader will already have joined (and if not, it’s free to sign up).

You need to use promo code EPPARK1 when searching on the Radisson website in order to bring up these packages.

Other airport hotels are also taking part

Radisson has expanded this offer to now include hotels at other airports in the UK and across Europe.

If you visit the offer landing page (which you can find here), you’ll see that other UK options include:

  • the Radisson Blu hotel at East Midlands Airport
  • the Radisson Blu Hotel at Manchester Airport
  • the Radisson Blu Hotel at London Stansted Airport

Whilst the offer is also available on both the Radisson hotels at Heathrow, they are not listed on this promo page. You will need to search for the Heathrow hotels using the EPPARK1 promo code and book directly from the hotel home pages here (Radisson) and here (Radisson RED).

How to book

There are two ways of booking. You can either:

  • for Heathrow, use the standard booking pages (Radisson, Radisson RED) to search for the night you wish to stay and use promo code EPPARK1

You need to check pricing separately for the Radisson and Radisson RED even though they share the same building and facilities. Remember to only search for one night and not for the full length of your parking. If you get a message about a minimum stay requirement, ignore it and use the main booking page along with the EPPARK1 code.

Availbility is good throughout August and September.

  • The real Swiss Tony says:

I saw Holiday Extras also had a cracking rate for the T4 Hilton and 15 days parking – around £200 in August.

  • Carlos says:

Any discount code for Gatwick parking?

    • Rob says:

If you sign up for Gatwick Airport emails you will be sent discount codes for the official car park from time to time. If you register for MyGatwick there may be one in the benefits directory.

    Best by far for Heathrow………..

Premier Inn Bath Road = £35 – £75 per night
Purple Parking = £10 per night night
    Free shuttle bus to/from terminals

Premier Inn and Purple Parking are next to each other, a 2-min walk at most.

Nice little bar, bar food or restaurant at decent prices too.

    • Gordon says:

We have used premier inn and purple parking next door Many times I love the massive tv on the wall opposite the bar in the main atrium

      • Gordon says:

Premier inn does charge £12 pn parking but sometime slightly cheaper to leave vehicle in purple parking for an extra night before you fly.

  • Gordon says:

Actually one of the bath road premier inn drivers did write my wife’s jeep off a couple of years ago but it was all covered by their insurance company plus expenses. Steve the manager was very professional about the whole thing. He gave me his mobile number so I contacted him for free parking on a few occasions 😊
