Hyatt starts to add Lindner and ‘me and all’ hotels to its website

Last October, Hyatt announced an exclusive agreement with Lindner Hotels AG, a German company, that saw more than 30 hotels in Germany, Belgium and Central Europe join the chain.

The majority of hotels are located in Germany under the core Lindner brand. The company also operates a handful of hotels trading as ‘me and all’.

Outside Germany, you may be interested in their hotels in Interlaken, Vienna, Prague and Mallorca. The positioning is generally ‘upscale’ rather than ‘luxury’.

The first batch of hotels (all of the ‘me and all’ properties and some Lindner) became bookable on hyatt.com last week. The remainder will be added before the end of the month. Redemptions are also available, but do check the maths as these hotels are generally cheap for cash.

All will join ‘JdV by Hyatt’, “a collection of independent hotels with unique personalities and a true reflection of their locations.” If you are taking part in Hyatt’s long running ‘Brand Explorer’ promotion (get a free night for staying at five brands) then this would tick off the JdV box.

As usual with new Hyatt properties, you will earn 500 bonus World of Hyatt points on every stay at a ‘me and all’ or Lindner hotel before the end of September. We value this at around £6.50.
