As others have stated you’ll pay the cancellation fee to get a refund of everything.

You can take this immediatly as an FTV then call / use the chat at a later dare to process or you can persist now with the phone / chat and sort it sooner

If you aren’t desperate for the voucher / avios / cash then it might be worth waiting to see if BA cancel the flight or reschedule by more than 4 hours in which case you can have a full refund with no cancellation fees to pay.
