Definitely Constance Lemuria or Raffles. Anse Georgette is unbelievably beautiful, as is Anse Lazio (a bit of a walk from Raffles, or a hike from Constance Lemuria).
I would steer clear of Mahe, and stick to Praslin and La Digue.
I would also recommend picking a B&B on La Digue for at least a couple of nights, ideally one that is South of La Passe, and as close to Anse Source D’Argent as possible. You’ll be missing out if you see it on just a day trip – it’s unbelievably beautiful. Have a proper explore, and if you enjoy hiking at all, organise a guided hike to Anse Marron.
