If you cancel for refund, you get everything back minus a £35 fee pp.
That means you get the Avios back, the cash (-£35pp) and the 2-4-1 voucher will be re-usable.
If you opt for a travel voucher they are all wrapped inside the voucher artificially extending the life of the 2-4-1.
