There’s not much “extra” availability on Caribbean routes, I think it’s too easy for BA to sell the seats. Have you looked at NAS (Bahamas)? Availability can be quite good and people often don’t consider it because it’s a LHR departure, not LGW.

Or Bermuda? Always loads of F seats for some reason! Accommodation and living costs are eye-wateringly expensive though.
