I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking, but if you mean would there be a refund for cancelling the inbound leg it would depend on the ticket Ts and Cs. Unless it was some very expensive flexible ticket the chances are you’d get nothing apart from any airport taxes, especially when the outbound leg has been used.
