No – the Amex Plat gives you Gold Status but not the 30 elite nights credit on your account so you’ll only be on 15 nights with the Amex Bonvoy. The old Creation Marriott card (no longer available) gave 10 nights that stacked with the Amex Bonvoy. Otherwise, the only way to extra nights is by paid stays.
