I got through the ID checks eventually a couple of weeks ago.

I’m now stuck in a loop as no matter what I do regarding the FSCS agreement (agree / download then agree) the app crashes and I’ve got to do it all again.

Hopefully finally have time to call them tomorrow.

@dirtyneedlebluesky I have the same issue this morning, did you reach resolution?
