Thanks for the help , how do you find out all this info
My flight otb on the 13 Jan arrived 3hr 5 min late due to crew shortage and a flight deck member being sick (so had to wait for a replacement) this was confirmed by gate staff and crew onboard , BA refused comp saying it was weather when it wasn’t , any proof I can give to strength claim
