The Qantas restaurant is open for breakfast service too.
I suspect the point being made was that QF has a table service offering to align with their own departures, otherwise you only have the buffet.
Yes they do align the restaurant service to their departures including the 11:50 to Perth, which is why they offer a table service breakfast in the restaurant. And the OP asked about breakfast.
