And the Barclays upgrade voucher charges the WT+ Avios amount whereas the Amex 241 (assuming you are flying solo) will charge you half the business Avios amount. Two different tariffs so prices won’t be the same.
If you have both vouchers I’d definitely suggest calling and using the Barclays one. The Amex 241 is more valuable as (1) you might wish to travel with a pal next time and (2) it opens up extra seats compared to a normal redemption and these can be a massive improvement particularly when travelling from E.g. Glasgow versus London. If you don’t believe me, do a search for Singapore business in September as an example using the Amex voucher and without.
