BBB, would you know how to add a 🇺🇸–issued CC to a 🇬🇧 PayPal account? Even using a VPN set to America and even selecting the US version of PayPal, when I then go into addresses in order to add a new (US) address, the address fields are pre-populated to a UK format (county, post code) — is there a workaround to add a US address? (My wife is an Aussie, but UK-based for years, and her PayPal account permits two different geographical addresses for whatever reason.)
It’s a bit on and off. It worked in the past. Then they stopped adding any non-uk or non-eu cards. Now they say Visa cards outside uk and eu won’t be allowed to be added from 1st April.
