We were at MyLounge last week and it was pretty basic though relatively quiet/plenty of seating and an outdoor area. It did mean we could get a quiet corner with the kids which was helpful when our flight was delayed for 2 hours but otherwise I can’t overly recommend. No. 1 lounge is the opposite end of the scale and you will definitely need a booking to get in there. Food is an improvement on MyL, but the lounge is persistently busy, and previously my wife got shunted to the Gateway lounge when it was overbooked – she was fairly unimpressed with that and the lounge. Not been to Aspire but Rob’s last review wasn’t particularly complimentary.

If clubrooms has reopened (it was supposed to be opening recently), that’s probably your best if you can stomach the extra fee.

We visited the sky club lounge in Feb whilst flying home on Virgin. It’s a fairly small space and not especially luxurious but there are plenty of spots out on the concourse you could hang out in if you can’t get access.
