We usually have a holiday in the first week in November. Places we’ve been over the last few tears which I’d recommend for decentish weather, good food and enough to do are Algarve, Palma de Mallorca and Paphos.

I agree with other posts that there will be fewer hotels and restaurants open in Menorca and Ibiza after mid Oct, and some of Mallorca’s resort towns will be quiet, but Palma is a beautiful city with great restaurants and bars, lots to see, and it’s a good base for exploring the rest of Mallorca by bus. We went the first week in Nov two years ago and everything is open plus it’s less crowded than in summer. There was a couple of not so great weather days but there is enough to do/places to go (even though it wasn’t our first visit) and we also had some hot days by the pool.

I recommend Lanzarote out of the Canary Islands. The Canaries are a decent length flight for CE too. We like Playa Blanca which has good restaurants and enough to do plus it’s easy to explore the rest of the island. We’ve never been in November but December is warm and less windy. I really dislike Tenerife, though have tried to like it because Mr Birdy rates the surfing. Fuertaventura is just too quiet for us.
