Cadiz was recommended to me on this forum – I’d go back! Weather in November isn’t guaranteed, but a decent chance of sun. Food – especially seafood – is great, and has a nice combination of a busy old town/centre with quieter bits (and beaches) nearby. Easy train ride from Seville.
Gets quieter in November and the odd place closes, but no problem finding things to do and places to eat/drink
