That seems bad value to me.
As a base you could convert those miles into £1000 worth of Nectar points, so the question is can you get a better flight for under £830 per person?
A quick look online suggests the cash fare for QR is £700 for the random dates I picked in Feb. You can pay £600 and go Gulf Air or £900 and go nonstop on Thai.
If you pay £1130 you can get Premium Economy on Finnair – along with another slug of Avios.
