Good morning Marshy11. Have a look at Excellence Resorts. They have two properties near Cancun – one in the main hotel area north of the city, and another further south towards Tulum. The Excellence branded ones are adult only all inclusive. Note that they have other brands which are aimed at families as well.

Been to both the Cancun resorts, they have multiple restaurants for dinner and lunch but breakfast is a buffet (with an extensive range of options).
