As a rather senior person, sorry, this is all rather confusing. Could any kind soul help me out, and as I don’t understand the soft landing stuff.
I thought I would have 3.years of status, gold, silver and bronze but now I dont have a clue. I need large scotch, or two.
In short:
My collection ends 8 March and my card expiry is end of April.
I will become gold, for the first time, at the end of Feb.
