Your OH’s PP will be in their name. Your boarding pass will be in your name. The PP cardholder name must match the boarding pass name.
You can guest one person in using your own PP. Once your boarding pass is scanned for that PP entry, you can’t enter again on the same boarding pass.
You could however pay for the second guest, whereby your PP gets charged £24 if you bring both guests in with you together. Whether £24 to keep all 3 of you together is worth it is up to you. Considering the PP lounge options in T3, I am not sure I’d be paying £24.
My advice – you go enjoy an airline lounge by virtue of your CE boarding pass. Leave the 2 friends to entertain each other however they see fit.
