That’s an odd one. The Avios can potentially vary with various factors, but I’ve never known the TP to be wrong. 360 suggests 4 x 90, so maybe it’s counting the MAN – LHR legs as Premium (which they could never have actually been). I’ve booked Premium long haul + a short haul onwards connection and was Y in Economy for the second leg earning 20TP each way, but never added an Avios upgrade to that combination which may have confused this one.
Someone here may have done the same combination you are.
