Mine appeared within 5 days of meeting the target spend, and three weeks before I received my statement, which was not what I was told by the helpline. It just appeared as a line when I logged into my flying club account, I think. I’m happy it arrived quickly. I used it immediately to bag a couple of reward seats in the August holidays.
