As ever, it all depends on context and the reason for cancellation and in that regard you can’t rely exclusively on any screenshot; it may well help, but the aircraft planned to operate your flight to Amsterdam at 07.00 left for Corfu at the same time. Whatever ops staff enter into airline systems on the spot will get analysed later. That relates only to potential cancellation compensation as you have rerouting rights whatever the reason.
As it’s a very busy route, you might be able to find an alternative on another airline much earlier than EasyJet’s proposed one 24hrs later, but you need to give EasyJet plenty of opportunity to rebook you on one of those flights (and for them to refuse) before booking tickets yourself with a view to reclaiming the cost or the difference after receiving your refund. Run through some options with available seats and propose them to U2.
