No Communication of claim settlement is common. Recently put in 2 claims – decided to do Ec261 and new flight costs separately. Got informed within 48 hours on case 1 and paid within 72 hours. For the second one for replacement flights no communication whatsoever but had cash appear in bank 7 days after claim.
