For @meta and any other frequent visitor to Japan, do you know of any banks that allow you to open up a bank account? We are frequent visitors to Japan but I don’t hold a residence permit. My spouse is Japanese and my parents-in-law reside in Japan. Would ideally like to access the Japanese Credit Card market but seems that most of them require you to hold a Japanese bank account first. Many thanks.
