I wasn’t logged in it was just what popped up hence I suggested use a VPN set to USA. As I said you don’t need to be targeted you just need to know the rate code.

But the offers just aren’t that good, $100 resort credit etc

As I said there’s a very long and comprehensive rate code thread on flyertalk. I can’t link to it but if you go to flyertalk Marriott forum it’s a sticky right at the top it’s not hard to find.
