This is the paragraph from the email:
“This is a shorter time for you to collect Tier Points, so we’ll add a Tier Point Adjustment to your account, consisting of any Tier Points earnt from 1 April 2024 to 8 September 2024. This Tier Point Adjustment will be added within 14 days of 8 September 2024 and the Tier status earned will remain until 30 April 2026.”
My tier collection year ended yesterday also.
I currently have 490 points and am waiting for an additional 110 to be added via the double tier point holiday offer. Apparently they will be added within 14 business days and I will automatically be made silver.
My tier point year then ends on 31/03/25 like everyone else.
Between 01/04/24 and 08/09/24 I earned 420 points.
So am I correct in thinking if I don’t earn anymore points between now and 31/03/25 I will drop to bronze? Or will I keep my silver status until 30/04/26?
