I am scheduled to fly PVG to LHR in Club in Feb 2025 (a replacement for the cancelled Virgin flights).
Today I received an email from BA “extending apologies and explaining the reasons behind the changes to your travel plans, which you will have received notice of in an earlier email”.
Some may think that it is good of BA to explain things like this – but I have not received an earlier email, and when I “manage my booking”, it doesn’t show any cancellation.
I will have to call BA.
