@Matt – if you don’t think that Curve is entitled to make these changes without notice on the basis given, you can challenge them and seek compensation. Curve’s answer will probably be that it has clarified what ‘fair use’ means, almost certainly in response to those who don’t understand the concept of ‘fair use’. Remember the days when ‘fronted’ was only subject to ‘fair use’? A few unfair (ab)users also killed that for the fair using majority.
