Yup some of these things do grate over the years particularly some of the Americanisms – but we eat better here than at most places and I generally avoid criticising someone who’s invited me for dinner.
What would be really useful would be if you would comsider starting a thread where we could ask you questions about how cabin service works. As someone suggested above.
Such as do cabin crew like to be summoned by a passenger pressing the button, or should we walk to the galley.
Or how do things work for choice of meals to run out early.
Or which special meals are generally decent, or not.
Or could more availability of pre-choosing meals, such as on other airlines, work on BA and if not what are the barriers BA has to make this available that other airlines don’t face.
If you couldn’t comment on some particular issues we’d understand but would you comsider it ?
