I’ve been to both, the Plaza Premium has a better food selection and is a bigger, more open lounge although can get very busy and occasionally shows as full. All alcohol is bar service too and there’s normally only one barman serving both PP and the BA Business lounge (which is a sectioned off area) so can be a bit of a wait for a drink when the BA departures are on (~1800 and 2200 daily). The KLM lounge has self-pour wine/beer and basic spirits, plenty of seating and its quieter except just before the KLM or Air France departures.
I personally prefer the Plaza Premium, it’s got some nice seats facing out over the apron so if you can get into those its a very pleasant lounge.
