There’s plenty of discussion on this in the dedicated threads but basically you can book the outbound journeys with 2 vouchers. Sometimes this is possible online but sometimes people have had to call to have it all on one booking, I think there’s an IT issue with some browsers.

For the inbound you’ll probably need to call, though there may be a few posts about people getting the vouchers added retrospectively. Obviously with being SYD, it’s not going to be easy getting seats.
