@NorthernLass – ¿ aren’t fried eggs in Mexico, more usually ‘huevos estrellados’? Lots of new vocab in Mexico which is very confusing as those words then often aren’t understood in Spain or South America.
Fritos are crispy, estrellados have soft egg white!
