It turns out that VS does not allow me to book to LYR using virgin miles, I can only use VS to get to OSL, which is fine.
Then, I checked the SAS EuroBonus rates, and it showed about 60k miles just for OSL-LYR. Am I missing something there?
Cash is more reasonable
