Good thing you spoke up, regarding being behind the goal for the pitchside experience (First timers perhaps wouldn’t have known to ask). Could always be a risk with older stadiums also perhaps.
These tickets are sold as Category 1 seats (not hospitality) so that would explain the lack of legroom.
FYI. The Qatar Airways Privilege Club platform was heavily advertised in and around the fairly recent Qatar Formula 1 Grand Prix > so winning bids theoretically will become increasingly higher. Opportunities still to be had though.
