Just went into Amex Insurance to get a certificate of cover.
Although Amex stated that you don’t need to register to be covered, you do need to register to access the insurance site and link the correct Amex card, i.e. old details have not been transferred by Amex/Chubb/Axa to Amex/Chubb/EA.
Clearly best to do it before you need to do it.
The EA site seemed less clunky than the Axa one.
