On Indigo it’s a cinch to pay for a double seat, upfront, priority and food in one transaction at the time of booking. Why no European LCC has done this I don’t know.

Similarly, presumably BA could scrap Club short haul, loose the curtain, and offer a bundled economy fare with lounge, up front seat, food, wine and lounge. Without a separate cabin or dedicated seats they’d loose the additional APD tax, wouldn’t they?
