Another data point.. currently staying at the Art’otel London Hoxton. A very nice hotel (my first time here). They acknowledged my VIP membership at check-in and confirmed free breakfast and ‘a beautiful upgrade’. They put be in their top category non-suite room (“Art Studio”). It’s spacious, modern and has great views from 16th floor. No other benefits were offered.
