Just done it (sort of). Actually carried on from Singapore to SYD all on 2 for 1. We were flexible on dates, and managed to get our outbound 13/1 online. Added the inbound on the phone, it took 2 goes to achieve this, flexibility helped. Just did the USA phone line at 11.45.
Recovering from BA15 (60 min stop in SIN) in Intercontinental with Harbour Bridge view.I’m actually flying to SYD in April on a two for one. But this next booking is a bit more complex.
I was told that Brits can no longer call the US number at midnight by BA staff.
May I ask what number you called? Is it 1-800-452-1201?
And was there any pushback at all?

Yes, that was it. No problem at all as it was one of the uk based people. Mind you it’s nearly a year ago now, haven’t tried recently but may need to do so again for a new trip soon.
