How does this work for those of us who have recently paid our £99 renewal fee? My annual renewal fee of £99 was taken in December and I have not received the e-mail listed above forcing onto the Pro package, so does this mean ours remains Business Rewards with Avios for now? Since they have already taken the £99 fee for the year, surely they can’t justify forcing us to upgrade as well, unless they offer a pro-rata refund if we choose not to upgrade?
