Has the status match not ended? Whatever, I think you can only match up to Gold Sparrow anyway, not sure?
However my reading of it is, from a nobody you need 46 segments to initially qualify for Hawk, your status then lasts for 2 years, during which time you need to fly a further 80 segments to retain it for another 2 years.
You would probably need to email them to clarify further
