Hi all
Am piggybacking on this one.
My Exec Account has been “locked for my own protection”.
I am getting nowhere with getting it unlocked – call centre saying they cant do anything and have “dropped an email to the team”. When i ask what team and the turnaround time i got no answer.
Does anyone have an email address that i can send this to or any other advice?
I am at 2 weeks and havent heard anything.
Any other advice / thoughts very welcome!
