Agreed. Also, given that the T&Cs and the article were either written or amended after the initial communication from BA, it wouldn’t be surprising if the first people who took up the offer didn’t see the amendments.

I wonder if it’s a manual process?
Rather like the missing tier points from my transition period, that were deleted at the end of my membership year on April 9th and are supposed to be added back in at some stage, it’s hard to understand why it takes so long.
Sigh. I’ll set up a diary entry to check in a few weeks time ….. Meanwhile if anyone DOES get the Nectar bonus avios, it would be good to hear about it.
I just called BA as I still don’t see any bonus points, they are doing an internal investigation as they do not have any details on this offer now! I would suggest that anyone else who is missing point contact the BAEC hot line and raise your own case
This is just crazy.
Although to be fair, Rob’s article (which will undoubtedly become BA’s guide on what the offer was) says bonus points would be posted with 28 days of the end of the offer so we have another five days to go before our hearts are truly broken.

There was a display at the Heathrow terminal 3 lounge showing this offer when I was there in the beginning of the month so I’m sure they know about it.

I have the email, but exercising patience. It was widely promoted, so they’ll experience a lot of heat if it is not managed well. Like others have suggested, wait until the 28 business days have elapsed then don’t delay.
It’s very unclear how you raise a claim if needed, it suggests via shopping.ba.com but Nectar does not come up as a tracked click so automatically rejects. I think it is the Partner form instead but I am sure there will be others here who are better informed.
I had this once previously with a 100 bonus Avios promo, by the time Nectar responded to tell me to raise it with BA Shopping it was outside the claim time limit in any case and was not worth the effort to pursue. If it happens this time around, I will pursue to the end as I am due a decent bonus!
Still nothing for me. Looking like a typical BA mess that I’m sure we’ve all come to expect from them at this point.

One call centre operative does not equate to the entire BAEC.
I had no idea why I got a little bit extra Avios from Nectar until I saw this thread.
