Is the Amex Travel credit that was part of the summer promotion available for all hotels booked through the amex travel website or only the fine hotels and resorts? thanks

Any hotel ..BUT… not all room rates are included.
After you are logged in, the specific room rate you are looking at must display ‘payable by Travel Credits’ against it.
