    Think the original article said the 5k bonus would post 60 days after the offer close date.

    Can someone advise when one gets on the free Barclaycard Avios card the 5000 sign on bonus points by using Heads for points link when applying as I have not seen this and Barclaycard customer relations say they don’t know anything of this. This is independent of the 5000 points for spending £1000 in first 3 months. This offer was available late March/early April.

    The SMS from Barclaycard stated 6 weeks for the 5k extra Avios. Will be closing our two accounts as soon as these post. First product with Barclays and likely the last, what a disaster from them, and still no Apple Pay!
