Hi I spent £6,000 for 60k bonus but due to a travel change, I will receive a refund of £2,000 approx.

When refund is in 5-10 days will AMEX retract the 60k bonus?

Yes.

If you spend the money again, and it is within the first 3 months, you will get the bonus again.
If it is now not within 3 months, you will lose the bonus forever.

If the second is the case, I would recommend using the points and closing the card immediately. When the account is closed, no points are awarded (or deducted) on any transactions, so your balance will stay at zero. You can request a refund of a positive cash balance to your bank account. You are also not closing your account with a hefty negative MR balance, which may cause investigations and/or suspicion.
