Hi – is there a bassinet seat in Upper on this plane? Where is it?
Thanks,
Joe
Have you checked the seat maps on either the VS or aerolopa sites?
They are usually shown there.
Virgin came back quickly on twitter and I had to request, which I did on chat in mmb fairly easily. The agent said its row 1. Won’t confirm or release us out of current seats until day of travel in case someone more in need needs it.
Upper doesn’t use bassinets, but rather they use sky cots. These perch between the wall at the very front and the seat. I’ve usually seen them in 1G. Bassinets in Premium (21) and Economy (er… no idea!).

Hi,
My partner is looking to fly with our infant in the next few weeks to join me at the end of my business trip. Did you find out where the bassinet was on the Neo and how it was configured?
Thanks!
