I plan on using a 2 for 1 voucher to visit California in August, travelling Business.
Am I right in saying SFO is the only airport there hosting a BA A380?
And how do I identify which specific flights operate that plane?
Thanks!
The A380 works the route LHR to LAX daily currently. No idea if they will keep this for the summer schedule.
Just search google flights and it will tell you what plane is currently rostered for each departure. These can and do change.
A380 routes are SFO and LAX. If you click on the flight number when selecting flights it should show what aircraft is allocated.
You can also do a dummy cash booking and take it as far as seat selection, that will also show what aircraft is allocated for that day. If you’re doing a T-355 have a look at equivalent day of week for a few weeks up to your booking which should give you a decent idea.
The aircraft doing a flight number can vary by day of week and is always subject to change right up until departure so nothing is guaranteed.
