Hello, Following some advice on this forum many months ago, I transferred 15,000 Accor points to Iberia. That is the last I saw if them. I have spent months and months (and countless emails & messages) chasing and going around and around in circles with Iberia….and getting nowhere. I have provided proof of the transfer OUT of my Accor account, as well as proof of ID and numerous other pieces of information, but they just do nothing. Every time that I try to escalate anything, it just takes me back to the start of the process (which is – “speak to Accor, as it must be their problem”).
Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know how I can actually contact someone who might care at all, and then perhaps do something about it?

Have you spoken to Accor actually? You need them to talk to each other.
